To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Include the original tags and packaging.

🔁 Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the original product (once the return is approved) and place a new order for the item you want.

🌍 Orders Within the European Union
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have a 15-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery. You may cancel or return your order without providing a reason, as long as the item remains in the same condition described above.
